SOME TIPS for better results:
1. Visible face: Glasses and hair may affect the result.
2. Resolution: High resolution of the picture will get you better results
3. Frontal faces: Use frontal faces when possible. Although most of the subtle changes will be handled.
4. Good lighting: While it will will handle most of the lighting changes, good lighting will provide better results.
